The Agriculture, Food and Analytical Bacteriology Journal was formed in 2010 as a way to begin a peer reviewed scientific forum for the latest advancements in bacteriology research on Agricultural and Food Systems. The first issue of Volume 1 of our publication was released in March of 2011. It is our intent to publish quarterly, and to make available all of our articles openly accessible on this website. With an open access publication model of this journal, all interested readers around the world can freely access articles online.

This journal is dedicated to all aspects of food, food safety, microbial biotechnology, gut microbiology, probiotics, prebiotics, environmental, and applied microbiology.
